Description

3D Model "Urban Villa" (without textures and surrounding scenery - for complete scene see "Urban Villa for Vray" and "Urban Villa for Corona").

The Model comes with separate basic materials (white) assigned to the individual elements of the model but without textures. Therefore it is easy to replace oder modify the materials of the RAW model with your own PBR-, Standard- or Redshift-materials.

All deformers and generators (bevel, displacement, etc.) of the original C4D-model have been baked into the mesh, in order to avoid import and transfer-issues and to keep the scene light and easy to handle.
